You might want to make your own costume, wear a santa hat or simply wear something red – there will be plenty of spot prizes so just use your imagination! Why not ask your friends, family or work colleagues to join you in this challenge – and remember, if you don’t want to run the route you can simply walk it! The Summer Santa Fun Run is the start of a major fundraising campaign by long-term UCF supporters - Wayne Pollock and Peter Ferris MBE. Both of these outstanding athletes will be participating in the Antarctic Ice Marathon, Antarctic Ice Half Marathon and the Antarctic 100km / 62 Mile Ultra Marathon this December.   Wayne Pollock (standing) & Peter Ferris (seated) Peter Ferris and Wayne Pollock ran the North Pole Marathon last year. They will run the South Pole Marathon, Half Marathon and 100km Ultra this December hoping to raise £100k plus for the Ulster Cancer Foundation. ‘Peter Ferris Marathon Man’ has already run 319 marathons raising over £300k - an Irish Record. Cutters Santa Run is the start of his 6 marathons in 6 counties in 6 days.
